Deep Consulting LLC operates Deep Tarot. This policy explains how the service handles personal information.

#What we process

• Account and membership: email, authentication and security records, subscription status, and billing identifiers. Payment-card details are handled by a payment processor; Deep Tarot does not store full card numbers.
• Saved content: readings, diary entries, conversations, and generated media you choose to save.
• AI requests: prompts and only the card, conversation, or explicitly authorized diary context needed for the requested result.
• Service data: limited security, error, usage, and page-path data. Deep Tarot does not use analytics autocapture or session replay.

Some unsaved activity remains only on your device until you clear it.

#How we use and share it

We use information to run and secure accounts, sync saved content, provide requested features, manage memberships and payments, troubleshoot problems, and meet legal obligations.

We share only the information needed with companies that support hosting, authentication, storage, payments, account email, limited analytics, and requested AI processing.

#Retention and your choices

Saved account content remains until you delete it or request account deletion, subject to backups and legal requirements. Financial records may be kept when required by law.

You can control future AI diary context, export or delete saved content, cancel a subscription through the billing portal, and request access, correction, or account deletion. Applicable law may provide additional rights.

#Security and contact
