#Deep Tarot Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective July 17, 2026.

#Cancellation

Memberships renew automatically until cancelled. I can cancel at any time through Manage membership on the Membership page. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, and access continues until then.

#Refunds

Payments are non-refundable, including for unused time or unused allowances, except where required by applicable law. Deep Tarot may correct a confirmed duplicate charge, incorrect amount, or technical billing error.

Cancelling prevents future renewals; it does not automatically refund the current billing period. Removing the app or no longer using the service does not cancel a Stripe subscription.

For a billing error, contact [email protected] with the account email and Stripe receipt or invoice identifier. Do not send payment-card details.
