#Deep Tarot Terms of Service

Effective July 17, 2026.

Deep Tarot is operated by Deep Consulting LLC. By creating an account or purchasing a membership, I agree to these terms.

#Service

Deep Tarot provides tarot cards, reflective writing tools, optional AI-generated readings, personal images, spoken readings, and private account storage. The service is for personal reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and it does not promise predictions or outcomes.

#Accounts

I will provide a valid email address, protect my password, and use only an account I am authorized to control. I will not misuse the service, automate abusive requests, interfere with security, or use generated content unlawfully.

#Membership and renewal

Paid memberships renew automatically at the monthly or yearly price shown at checkout until cancelled. Membership allowances and included features are shown on the Membership page. I can cancel through the Stripe billing portal from the Membership page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless Stripe states otherwise.

#Payments and refunds

Stripe processes payments. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or when Deep Tarot confirms a duplicate or incorrect charge. The complete policy is on the Refund Policy page.

#Availability and changes

Features may change as the service develops. Deep Tarot may suspend access needed to prevent abuse, protect users, comply with law, or maintain the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

#Content and privacy

I retain my rights in content I provide. I permit Deep Tarot and its service providers to process that content only as needed to provide the features I request. The Privacy Policy explains data handling and deletion.
